What personal information do we collect when you subscribe to Lumpty?

When a school subscribes to Lumpty we require a school address, and the name and e-mail address of a contact in your school. If you are subscribing as an individual we require an address, name and an e-mail address.

How will we use the information about you?

We use the information you provide to process your order and manage your subscription. All details relating to your Lumpty account (including usernames and passwords) will be sent to the e-mail address provided. We will also e-mail the contact when your subscription is nearing its expiry date.

eChalk Ltd is the sole holder of your data and we will not pass it on to anyone else. Lumpty™ is a trademark of eChalk Ltd.

Access to your information

All the data we hold about you is immediately accessible to you by logging in to Lumpty using your administrator's log in details. Here you can amend your data and make sure that it is accurate and up to date.

Cookies

Lumpty requires 'cookies' in order to work. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and they are an essential requirement to keep you logged into the site once you have been authenticated. We only store the minimum amount of data required to run our service. We do not use cookies to collect any personal data or track visitor behaviour on the site because that's your business and we don't need to know that in order to provide the service.

Our website may occasionally provide links to other esteemed websites such as BBC bitesize. This privacy policy only applies to this website so when you link to other websites it will be their privacy policy that applies.

Mobile apps

Our mobile apps do not collect any personal information.
